Hayden Vogler is a dedicated pharmacist and team leader at Martin Tipton Pharmacy in Amarillo, Texas, specializing in clinical service billing, non-sterile compounding, immunization management, and long-term care services. Born and raised in Amarillo, Hayden is a second-generation pharmacist with a deep, lifelong passion for independent community pharmacy and personalized patient care.
His journey in the profession began over a decade ago at Martin Tipton Pharmacy, where he initially gained hands-on experience working as a delivery driver and clerk. He pursued his undergraduate studies at West Texas A&M University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry in May 2019. Hayden then went on to earn his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Pharmacy in May 2023.
Today, Dr. Vogler oversees multiple critical operations at Martin Tipton Pharmacy, managing legal and regulatory compliance, compounding custom medications, and expanding the pharmacy’s clinical footprint through collaborative practice agreements and immunization clinics. In addition to his clinical practice, he serves as a Medicare Insurance Producer for 806 Securities to help eligible patients navigate the complexities of healthcare coverage.
A committed leader in the regional pharmacy community, Hayden serves as the President of the West Texas Pharmacy Association and is an active member of both the Texas Pharmacy Association and the National Community Pharmacy Association. He also contributes to national advocacy and independent pharmacy growth as a member of the American Pharmacists Association's Next Generation Council.
Outside of his professional commitments, Hayden is deeply involved in his local community, volunteering through Rockwell Road Baptist Church. He lives in Amarillo with his wife, Mollee, and their daughter, Wells. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, learning, and spending quality time with family and friends.
